What we don't do
- We are not an EcoVadis partner or affiliate: the score is set by EcoVadis analysts.
- We claim nothing your documents don't prove: an action without evidence goes on the missing-documents list.
- We never log into your account: you keep your credentials and submit yourself.

Questions
What is the EcoVadis questionnaire?
It's the sustainability assessment your customers ask you to complete on the EcoVadis platform. The questions cover four themes and depend on your size, sector and country, and every answer needs a supporting document.
How much does it cost?
€1,490 excl. VAT for a complete questionnaire, answers and evidence included. The EcoVadis platform subscription is not included.
Can you guarantee a medal?
No. EcoVadis analysts score your answers, and medals also depend on the other companies rated. We guarantee complete answers, each backed by your documents, and a list of what's missing.
We have no written sustainability policy. Is that a problem?
It's common in small companies. We answer with what exists and list the documents to write, with what each should contain, for the next assessment.
What about a reassessment?
Same method: we start from your last scorecard and the weaknesses EcoVadis pointed out.
What happens to my documents?
They're used for your file and nothing else. We never use them to train AI models.
