What we don't do
- We are not a certification body: the audit and the decision stay between you and your accredited certifier.
- We never create evidence after the fact: a missing attendance sheet or evaluation stays on the list of what's missing.
- We don't guarantee the audit outcome: we guarantee a complete file, delivered on time.
The surveillance audit takes place between the 14th and the 22nd month after initial certification. At a minimum, the auditor reviews the issues raised at the initial audit and how well they were fixed. Sources: decree of 6 June 2019, art. 2, amended 31 May 2023; Centre Inffo.

Questions
Are you a certification body?
No. Only a certifier accredited by COFRAC issues and maintains Qualiopi. We prepare your evidence file; the audit and the decision stay between you and your certifier.
What is the Qualiopi surveillance audit?
It's the mid-term check of your certification, between the 14th and the 22nd month after the initial audit. It checks that you still apply the framework.
How much does preparation cost?
€890 excl. VAT for a surveillance audit on one action category, €1,490 for a recertification or several categories. The price is set before we start.
Do I need training-management software?
No. We work from your files, whatever the tool: shared folders, exports from your software, PDFs.
What about the recertification audit?
Same method, across all applicable indicators: that's the €1,490 option.
What happens to my documents?
They're used for your file and nothing else. We never use them to train AI models.
